Collaboration with Ssangyong- South Korea, MNATC- USA; AVL for Engine Development; Ricardo and Porsche Design for Transmission Design. Led 50+ CFT members at Mahindra and Vendors from 10+ functional teams.

In-charge of Quality, Cost, Time and scope of Magna Fluid Pressure & Controls (FP&C) business for exports from India Operations.

In-charge of Product Definition, Proof-of-Concept, Requirement Management, and Product Backlog management of the product along with charting service network for new business unit in collaboration with Distribution Business. Collaboration with Scania - Sweden, CMI - USA and Dongfeng – China.

Responsible for Designing, Testing and Validation of the Diesel Powertrain Solutions. Coordinate development with Bosch, Germany & Japan and SMC, Japan in addition to Indian OEMs like Tata.
