Monitoring Project Material Submission, Schedules, documentation & Method statement for the Installation. Providing approval for the receiving materials at project site. Finding Root cause analysis, Preventive & Corrective action for the Non confirmative report from the client and contractors.

• To engage the technicians for respective works. • To improve the productivity by seeking more effective upgrades from the new launched products. • Training team about new launched products. • To improve the production by using proper scheduling. • Analyzing proper stock maintenance and approving the material purchase • Tracking and Customs clearance of import / export materials from principal.

• Purchase, material handling of import / export, Customs clearance and freight handling • Review of project requirements & specifications and implementation during work execution. • Inspection of receiving goods at site and co-ordination with inspector for stage inspection. • Ensure compliance with safety (MAN and MACHINE) requirements and standard procedures. • Ensure the safety equipments and arrange permit from the safety departments. • Manage project schedules with quality and time
