• The objective of the internship was “to understand the Recruitment Process and its cycle” for Diaspark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. • The aim was to analyze how a new member is recruited into to the firm from the moment of the opening of the vacancy till the induction of the recruited candidate. I learnt about the step by step process of the recruitment process, mostly focusing on the screening and interviewing of the candidate and also a brief understanding of Social Recruitment through this internship.

At this position, I had a department of 12 members and 2 Team Leaders. This position gave me the responsibility of handling one of the most important portfolios; strategizing and implementing operations, and introducing new innovations in the same.

This was my first leadership experience wherein I managed a team of 6 members, which helped me in team management. My job role consisted handling the team along with the operations, connecting with the clients and building strong relationships and delivering quality output.
