• Service operations of JAVA stack applications (L2+L3) • Manage a 5-person team to develop and deliver software module using Agile • Function as service transition coordinator during the Project transition phase • Work closely with the Business, Product Owner & the Development Team by playing a role of Scrum Master • Monitor team performance to adhere to the defined support & development processes

Support towards Service Transition & Operations of Java Applications as Assistant Manager and leading the Incident Management Module. • Responsibility of operational well-being of production environment. • Analyzing operational problems to the root cause, taking preventive actions and following them up to their resolution. • Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement. • Producing management information, including KPIs and reports.

Providing root cause analysis and 3rd Level support. Dealing with importers and Business users across the globe during and post software releases. • Handling production issues, troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis, providing resolution to all types of application functionality issues. • Coordinating and leading the Service Transition and Operation of Java Stack Applications • Leading the Problem Management module for identifying known errors, problem trends and finding technical solutions

Supporting as Techno-Functional expert. • Ensuring end-to-end ownership of incidents /service requests, and providing 24x7 support. • Developing management information reports for all incidents/service requests and changes. • Serving as a Service Transition (ST) coordinator for the Warranty Systems application. • Designing user manuals and workflow documents for the end users. • Co-ordinating with the development team new software version release.
