Responsible for the implementation of maintenance strategies in Primary process within predicted budget. Running 24h-7days, with total 16 head-count (Maintanance Shift Leaders and technicians). Maintain production’s line equipment, monitor performance and extend the equipment’s life cycle. Introduce available and applicable maintenance activities such as: corrective, preventive, planned and predictive activities. Reducing cost of 15% in spare parts inventory VS volume growth of 30 %

Leading and supervising local team through regionalization project and integrating EEMA south cluster affiliates (Serbia, Turkey, Jordan & Senegal) into a new business model. Define new stock management and re-ordering strategy by analysing historical data MRP parameters with a group of people. Initiating a process optimisation and cost saving through the exclusion of additional tax and enabling redistribution of Spare Parts to other PMI & TPM affiliates

Manage, coordinate/synchronize and lead activities in PMI Serbia related to CAPEX projects, machinery and equipment installations, productivity and innovation initiatives within budget. implementation of a three-year Capex plan. Manage, lead, organize team of production technitians and third party people during machinery cascading, relocating, installation and equipment modification. Controling cost flow during projects. Propose new idea and solutions.

Learning about production process in tobacco industry. Creating a new database for facilitating the process of RCFA & 5W analysis. Researching ideas for Process improvement. Daily work with Secondary planner and Asset engineers.
