Nenad Filipovic

As a Team Leader I am responsible for overseeing and leading the biggest team in the project, the Persian team (160FTE), in order to achieve clients goals and objectives. My role involves providing direction, guidance, and support to team members as well as monitoring and evaluating their performance.

As a Quality and Support analyst my responsibilities include raising and maintenance of performance of the Slovenian market by coaching, auditing and monitoring team quality through data analysis and action planning. The Slovenian market has been consistently at the very top of the project in all KPIs due to the support provided.

My responsibilities include evaluating user generated reports based on client policies and guidelines, providing assistance in training of new team members and playing a key role in the Slovenian markets success in delivering highest of quality service to the project and stakeholders.

As a Sous Chef I have managed a team of ten, led and coordinated several private catering events. My main responsibilities being planning and execution seasonal menus design and its implementation, ordering, inventory and compliance.

Curated and led all aspects of production of two successful gallery exhibitions, including research and development. Assisting in writing exhibition related material, delivering private showings, press and publications. Supervised interns and assisted with handling of various forms of artwork.
