This HR position was mainly focused on recruitment: Liaising with Regional and Store Managers regarding individual staff requirements for each store, placing vacancies online and with agencies, short-listing CVs. Carrying out phone interviews with candidates ranging from Cash & Carry Assistants to Store Managers plus Head Office positions, and assessing candidates' potential. Liaising and negotiating with recruitment agencies. Dealing with HR queries from Regional and Store Managers.

As Human Resource Administrator/Recruiter at Primark Austria Ltd I was directly involved in the recruitment of staff; coordinating and conducting the entire process from recruitment advert to induction training, as well as working across the whole employment life cycle. I have been integrally involved in undertaking a 3-month recruitment project for a new store, completing all aspects of recruitment and administration for 500 staff members. On a day-to-day basis I provided support to 400-500 staff members.

My role as Project Manager involved undertaking all aspects of project and human resource management including the international recruitment of language staff. I was also responsible for providing proactive support to 600 freelance workers worldwide, as well as advertising and organising language classes.

As Assistant to the Managing Director I was involved in human resource functions including recruitment and designing the induction process for new employees. I was also involved in the investigation and sourcing of new product applications and participated in English / Portuguese international communications. My role also involved optimising internal and external processes, liaising with our sales partners and administering agreements.
