As a contracted External Auditor and Trainer with SGS Oman, I partner with organizations to strengthen management systems, compliance performance, embed sustainable operational excellence. I conduct certification and surveillance audits with a strong emphasis on Food safety management system ISO 22000/HACCP/GMP/9001/FSSC 22000 Ver6./45001 Occupational health and safety. In parallel I deliver targeted training programs that translate standards and build internal capability, and a culture of accountability.

• Lead end-to-end operations for a Central kitchen and tomato paste manufacturing unit, ensuring operational excellence. • Oversee strategic planning, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership to drive profitability. • Implement robust food safety and quality frameworks, optimizing process controls across production and service environments.

As Head of Operations, I lead the end-to-end manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions of a tomato paste and puree production facility, ensuring consistent output, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency. I oversee day to day production/purchase planning/stock management. I work closely with senior leadership to support growth initiatives and capital investments A key priority is developing strong management capability across departments and promoting a culture of accountability

• Conduct independent certification audits to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 food safety and quality management standards. • Perform comprehensive audits, including Stage I, Stage II, surveillance, and recertification, focusing on HACCP systems and operational controls. • Prepare evidence-based audit reports that identify nonconformities and opportunities for improvement, while maintaining strict impartiality and confidentiality.

In my role at GRB Dairy Foods PVT. LTD., I oversaw the manufacturing operations for spice and instant mix products, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards. I developed and implemented standard operating procedures to enhance operational consistency and efficiency. My collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors helped maintain production schedules and quality assurance, contributing to a streamlined manufacturing process.

• Conducted comprehensive quality control and process monitoring for wheat flour production, ensuring compliance with specifications. • Analyzed raw materials, in-process, and finished products, including gluten testing and ash content evaluation. • Collaborated with production teams to enhance process control and hygiene standards, reducing market complaints. • Actively participated in risk analysis and Health, Safety & Environment committees to promote food safety and compliance.
