SME Consulting : Strategic and management consulting specifically dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs/PMEs). Sales Execution : Leading the complete sales cycle, including active prospecting and cold calling. Negotiation : Contractual negotiation with clients and service providers.

ITIL Process Management : Management of Change, Incident, Problem, and Major Incident processes. Change Control : Evaluation and qualification of 60 to 80 change requests per week. SLA Governance : Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Enablement : Training IT teams on ITIL processes.

Governance : Representation in key governance meetings. Vendor Management : Oversight of service providers, managing 1,000 assets and 50 personnel. Service Quality : Ensuring contract compliance and guaranteed service levels.

International Delivery : IT service delivery for large multinational clients in the banking and luxury sectors across EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions. Governance & KPI : Supervision of contract governance and rigorous management of performance indicators (SLAs/KPIs). Leadership : Direction of a global team of 13 engineers. Strategic Projects : Led a critical 3-month transition of 10,000 assets and managed incident operations. Continuous Improvement : Management of governance meetings and client escalations

Strategic Budgeting : Market analysis and budget feasibility studies for infrastructure projects valued between €50M and €100M. Public Tenders : Responding to public tenders and delivering strategic presentations to regional government boards.
