Leading strategic partners (e.g. Orange, MTN, Swisscom) through all the technical and project-related tasks for the entire lifecycle of the partnership. Personal work directly leading to the activation of RCS on nearly 100M devices, while allowing Google to benefit from 20M$ of yearly cost savings through the different integrations (e.g. API, SMS binds).
