As a volunteer during a year in Benin, I was responsible for all the IT infrastructure of CREC (Center of Research, Study and Creativity), the activity center of the Jesuits community close to Cotonou. I worked on different areas: - Website: creation of a new version of the website. - Network: improvement of the network - Basic training in computer science - Library software: installation and customization. - Linux server: creation of a Linux server.

SugarCRM is an open-source software-solution vendor which produces the Sugar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. As a customer experience manager, I had to be sure that all our European customers were happy with our product. I called them, tried to keep the contact with them and solved their issues in case of problem. I was also responsible of the license renewal.
