Manage a team of program buyers dedicated to German customers (VW, Daimler, BMW): - Coach and support the program buyers in their daily activities. - Participate to escalation management. - Set the individual objectives of each team member and follow their completion. - Centralise the status of the different projects and prepare reporting. - Ensure the application of the company standards and procedures.

Mission: launch tender processes, negotiate and select suppliers on new projects (BMW and VAG groups). Drive Quality, Costs and Delivery objectives. Coordinate the industrialization of the components and transfer to series production. Suppliers in Europe, Asia and north Africa. Main commodities: plastic injected and extruded parts, EPP, (chromed) metal components, textiles, leather, threads. Parts and tools. Usual turnover: between 50k€ and 5M€ (tools up to 1M€) per supplier and project.

Mission: for new projects, coordinate supplier quality development and monitor the completion of the APQP steps. Supplier quality: - ensure technical feasibility - perform process audits - Manage the initial sampling pocess (PPAP) - coordinate problem-solving on conformity issues. Quality tools: APQP procedure, MSA, 8D. Suppliers: panel up to 20 companies (European, Chinese, Indian). Customers: BMW, Daimler, Fiat, GM and VAG groups.

Mission: for all vehicles released and mass-produced, analyze and synthesize quality data from new and used cars. Bring an expertise in numerical/physical modeling and help carry out car re-design tasks. Statistics: capability, control charts, modeling and simulation. Customer satisfaction: analysis and reporting on quality surveys and warranty data.

Mission: help ensure, synthesize and report the quality of new products’ development and industrial processes. Project management: - Management of the subcontracted parts certification procedures, in cooperation with PSA’s development teams and the external companies involved. - Creation and follow-up of reporting tools, for managing teams of each project. Statistics: - Phenomena modeling modeling. - Product / process certification and monitoring using capability ratios and SPC

Mission: roll-out of international SPC (Statistical Process Control) standards for different types of machining processes. Automotive technology: knowledge of the global structure of a car power unit. Statistics: detailed knowledge of NF (Norme Française) and ISO SPC standards (sampling, capability, control charts).

Mission: audit the new Mini’s production lines, and assess technological hazards, as part of a newly developed reliability improvement process. Quality Management: use of PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) and Ishikawa’s tools.
