Development of a research plan and strategy for the project "Trialogline", which helps to enable student career counsellors with organizing the school's curriculum. In two rounds of research, counsellors’ needs were assessed and the findings were communicated to the concept/design team, which developed an interactive prototype. The prototype was then evaluation for usability and content in usability tests.
