Talent Search People is an international recruitment agency based in Barcelona and Madrid. They provide specialized recruitment services within four areas of expertise: Sales, IT & E-Commerce, Native Speakers and Finance. I was part of the IT & E-Commerce Division, the fastest growing division of the company. I worked in a multicultural team of consultants, ensuring continuous quality of work and fast results for clients in Spain and abroad.

I also worked as a career advisor for a large German NGO (CJD) dedicated to the education and personal development of adolescents and young adults. I also trained young professionals during workshops about personal and professional skills such as teamwork, communication, efficient presentation, time-management and stress-prevention.
