On a regular basis conduct negotiation about trade terms and conditions with major accounts. I supervise annual budgeting by country and implantation of marketing initiatives. My main focus is increase of company revenue and maximization of the profit.

Managed export sales, developed and evaluated existing and potential customers, sales channels and strategies. Participated in overseas business forums organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy: Kazakhstan-Bulgarian business forum Almaty, Kazakhstan; Georgia-Bulgaria business forum Tbilisi, Georgia; Armenia-Bulgaria business forum in Yerevan, Armenia; Italy-Bulgaria business forum in Milan, Italy;

Served as a Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager.

Managed the procurement team and served as a head of purchasing operations.

Purchasing of products, components, equipment and services from Bulgaria and abroad.
