I met with clients from all around the world. I would bring them to their business conference room. We meet with project managers and discuss the plan for the daily production. I would then take them to the production area and assist them with showing them their product.

Furnish a multitude of resort information to callers as requested. Make inquiries of guests as needed to refer the caller to the appropriate resort personnel. Correct and update guest and colleague information as needed. Assist with the maintenance of hotel directories. Assist guests with voicemail, text messages, package delivery, and housekeeping requests. Make engineering and housekeeping reports in HotSOS and dispatch accordingly. Make certain requests that are completed in a timely manner.

Maintained knowledge of multiple event menus and their contents, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods for every dish.Responded quickly to requests from guests, supervisors, or management in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Followed up to ensure guest satisfaction. Provided a professional image at all times through appearance and dress code.
