Noelia Estefania Ayala Rojas

I am in charge of coordinating shipments (air and sea) from our foreign suppliers from Perú, United States, Panamá and Italy. My other tasks includes assembly documents related to the certificates that we require to present so that the goods can be released in the port. In addition to that, I also estimate the cost of goods and I carry out other administrative activities.

I was the Foreign trade assistant for one of the CEO's of the company. I handled my boss agenda. I was also in charge of contacting our suppliers from China, Italy, Brasil and United States. Besides that, I also had contact with freight forwarders and custom Brokers. Furthemore, my tasks also involved of cost estimation and other administratives activities.
