• Analysis of Annual Operation Plan and creation of dynamic cost reports. • Creation of a new matrix and database about required competences covering 250 workers and its analysis and implementation. • Development of new Balanced Scorecard including department KPIs. • Support to the identification of the AS IS situation in the Airbus subsidiaries and implementation of subsidiary governance guideline.

Production Engineer responsible for the analysis and optimization of factory processes. • Improvement 13% productivity (time reduction) in painting area applying Kaizen philosophy and PDCA technique for the first time in the company. • Improvement of working orders through the adjustment of process time.
