I had to work in a Kindergarden with children who have special needs. I also took part in different communication trainings mostly in German language.

* receiving and handling customer phone calls / e-mails * providing visa information for travellers to the U.S. * giving support to customers in general related questions * use all manner of modern communication to offer the best possible service * solving customers’ elementary general problems

* dealing with customer enquiries about the availability and cots of vehicles * taking bookings and explaining the term of rental or leasing agreements * completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments * providing ongoing service and sales support

* serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately * dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face * providing basic information when needed * receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers * update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments * dealing with complaints or problems
