Key achievements: - Built up the Production Department and the Services Department from scratch
: Adding structure, planning and measurement to a 10-year-old organically growing organisation created a boost in efficiency and predictability in software design, development, documentation and QA. - Introduced strategic planning

National Info-communication Services is the largest governmental IT company in Hungary providing the core IT infrastructure of the state and 100+ online national administrative services for all governmental offices and 1M citizens. Main responsibilities: Designed the complete Governmental Cloud solution including the selection of the deployment model, service definition, technology mapping, technical documentation and infrastructure architecture.

Kürt is an international company group, developing technologies and solutions for information protection, data loss prevention and data recovery. Kürt offers innovative solutions for eliminating the consequences of IT disasters, and for preventing disasters, abuses and system problems. Main responsibilities: Managed and participated in 42 IT consultancy projects in the banking, governmental, chemical, insurance and car manufacturing sectors .
