My position is Program Coordinator for Academic and Pathway Programs, Hanoi Office based, Vietnam. The position is to manage the sales and promoting EF in Northern market. My responsibilities include initiating and driving sales activities and tactics in order to meet the sales target of the team.

Responsible for coordinating all office administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the office. Coordinate to all regional and international event organization in area of logistics, invitations, appointments, scheduling, bookings and other necessary administrative support. Assist Regional Director and Business Manager in meeting appointments with national and international high rank official people.

Joined a 2 month training in IBM USA - Burlington, Vermont site to implement the project Business Process Outsourcing between IBM and Vietsoftware Inc for the team in Vietnam. Responsible for for the team in Vietnam, work and report directly to the Business and Service Teamlead in Burlington, Vermont - USA about the process of daily work.
