Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware and software issues as part of IT support services. Execute the installation, commissioning, and management processes of security cameras, fire detection, and personnel tracking systems. Perform maintenance, monitoring, and optimization work on network infrastructure and low-voltage systems.

During my internship at Belgrad Human Ports, I played an active role in all stages from brand establishment to website management; I focused on Project Management, Brand Design, and Legal processes. I completed the Project Specialist Training Program with tangible deliverables such as Corporate Identity, Website, and Company Agreement. This experience demonstrated my competence in multidisciplinary project management.

Within the TNC Group, I received comprehensive training in IT (Python, AutoCAD, Excel, etc.), Brand Establishment, Human Resources, and Corporate Law to support my Project Management career, along with integrated training and international internship experience.

I actively participated in the installation, integration, and management processes of security cameras, fire detection, and personnel tracking systems to ensure the continuity, security, and performance of the systems. I actively worked on network infrastructure, system management, and hardware/software support. IT support, end-user support, and resolution of IT issues and system management.

I took courses to improve my statistical analysis and Python programming skills. CRM data analysis and MS SQL query techniques were used to perform analyses on database queries. For FLO, customer segmentation, product rating, and Amazon review ranking were performed. Customer segmentation for FLO, product rating for Amazon, review ranking for Amazon, personalized service recommendations for Armut, talent classification for Scoutium, and customer churn prediction for Telco were performed.
