Set up and organize material control system, documentation processes, material traceability, lay down yard and storage area location control. Arrange the issuance and on time delivery of materials required at construction site. Conduct physical checking and pre-quality inspection of materials when received at site. Coordination with all involved parties for efficient, economical and speedy material management including the Company, namely Agip KCO, North Caspian Constructors, Field Construction and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management and GATE Head Office Purchasing Management. Warehousing and storage of material and equipment in accordance with the related material properties and required storage conditions. Monitoring inventories and performing stock controls.
