User Data Convergence solution delivery and 3rd party involved development and integration projects in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine. Managed both NSN and 3rd party resources. Took over 2 projects which had cost & schedule overrun. Each time, agreed with client and stakeholders on new budget & schedule, and finished with desired quality, well-within those limits.

Managed a team that was responsible for operation and security of external production services and internal Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint, Communicator, JIRA, etc. servers. Assumed responsibility for network performance and threat management, email security and SPAM prevention and anti virus. Maintained servers working on Turkcell, Astelit, KKTCell projects. Supported 50+ users.

Solution Architect, Project Manager and First Line Manager. - Content Management System infrastructure (separate for file and text-based content) to enable rapid launch in new countries with multiple operators. Presented and managed tender for Turkcell Europe (Germany) mobile portal, CMS and all VAS (Value Added Services). Realised the services using Agile software development methods, managing development and working with design team. Worked with web marketing team on maximizing landing page performance.

Solution Architect, Project Manager, Line Manager. - The company has become the 6th largest mobile Service and Content Provider in Ukraine according to revenue. We provided an ecosystem ( technical and business-wise) for other CPs to sell their content via our infrastructure. Managed a team that was responsible for operation and security of more than 30 servers hosting more than 40 of Turkcell Shubuo and Superonline services. Was working closely with development team on development and improvement of those services. Projects: Superonline Oyun: First web gaming portal of Turkey, played via Java applet clients. Ericsson CepPort: First WAP portal of Turkey. Informational services Turkcell GPRSLand: World Communication 2002 Best New Service Award winning project.
