Intensive development of sales in the markets: Poland, CIS, Western Europe and the Balkan countries. Customer service throughout the trading process. Preparation of export documents. Have builded and developed a network of distributors in countries not covered by the activities of the company. Managing key clients, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and execution of orders.

Managed cooperation with 23 franchises and independent sales entities, operating in 25 areas in Ukraine. Operation with quarterly income, implementing strategic plans; gaining new distributors and salespersons. Developing specialized sales networks for end users, monitoring franchises in order to achieve the planned level of profit.

Preparing agreements for loans, mortgages and insurance policies; agreements with contractors, carry out negotiations to establish the scope of work for contractors. Preparing invitation to tender documents, monitoring and checking the documentation and certificates.
