Perform relevant research and scan to identify available grant opportunities that align with the organisation’s pillars and drive the grant writing process by coordinating with the CEO and other members of SustyVibes Funding Unit/Team Leads. Suggest strategies to Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.

Reviewed Environmental, Social and Governance risks, opportunities and capabilities in the Bank's Credit Appraisal to determine the ESG impact of potential Credit Lines, and actively search for opportunities to invest in positive ESG projects. Findings were communicated through Due Diligence Reports to the Credit Committee and determine whether to invest in the project or not.

Conducted analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence with the objective of providing recommendations tied to the analysis and assessment of credit risk. Presented analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay.

Technical Support – re-connections, resets, error codes troubleshooting and installation issues resolution upon the first contact with customer’s nationwide reaching the organization via the National Call Center. Relationship Management – keeping up to date records of the customers valid contact address, telephone number, email address and birthdays to ensure that the customer’s data is accurate and up to date.

Day to day management of accounts for Diplomatic Missions and Development organizations; provide balances, initiate transactions and other financial requests. Interface between the clients and the bank, updating both parties with relevant information and also perform advisory roles, seek solutions to address challenges of clients.
