Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices. Simulates and tests process improvements. Communicates changes and provide training to impacted business units.

Ensure that all new services are integrated into Vodacom network with acceptable RF parameters specified by engineering design. Troubleshooting network faults, Microwave links, Fiber/MPLS, CORE issues and provides solutions at the shortest possible time. Ensure that all Network documentation on services is current, up to date and changes are controlled. Ensure that traffic utilization on all services are escalated at 70% subscribed and/or actual traffic utilization.

Ensure that NO CPE is integrated into Gateway’s BWA network with RF parameters less than the specified parameter by engineering design. Troubleshoot CPE faults, Microwave links, Fiber/MPLS, CORE issues and provide solutions at the shortest possible time. Ensure that Network documentation on the BWA, VSAT and FIBER/MPLS network
