Designed and developed a new Data Warehouse for processing all real-time bidding (RTB) generated data with more than 500k data object per seconds. The processed data is used for online monitoring of main business KPIs, local optimization, analytic pipelines and BI tool chain. Formed one of 2 development teams out of 5-7 engineers to be able to support ~90% of the running services throughout the company. Acted as a proxy, shield, leader, coach, supporter, adviser, developer for the team for >1,5 years.

Key technology hashtags: Java, RxJava, EA Orbit, Couchbase, AWS, etc. Integrated and developed new monetization rule system which allowed to speedup development, testing, deployment and analyzing of ~90% monetization features. Gatekeeper-ed and developed CRM software development on offshoring side, We developed a CRM based system with Java for backend and JS/CSS/HTML frontend parts with integration of side projects. Successfully merged two offshoring CRM teams to one fully cross-functional (7-9 full-time engineers + business analytic) to focus on new projects. Supported local architecture guild as well as community of local leaders in improving the offshoring development department and development experience in the company.
