- Mentor the Product Owner and Development Team. - Manage the daily product delivery process. - Facilitate task completion, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution. - Improve transparency and eliminate impediments. - Record processes in Confluence and monitor progress via JIRA dashboards.

- Manage the daily product delivery workflow. - Increase transparency and removing obstacles. - Identify sprint bottlenecks and recommend adjustments to the SDLC. - Handle fast-tracked incoming tasks. - Collaborate w/ distributed development teams. - Write/review/assess acceptance tests, bug triage. - Responsible for quality assurance, testing: manual, black/bray box, ad-hoc/execution, smoke/regression, component/integration/system, UI/functionality/compatibility/cross-platform.

- Monitoring activity in roaming - Analysis of HUR and NRTDE files, TAP files - Revealing routing of the international traffic calls - Work with database, SQL query building - Suspension/limitation services when fraud found - Checking client activity, analysis unusual behaviour of activity, investigation and decision-making
