Assess of the suitability of clinical sites to conduct specific studies (site selection visits) - Conduct site initiation visits providing training related to the study protocol and management of the study - Perform of start-up/routine/close-out visits to the sites to ensure subject safety, compliance with the study protocol etc. - Monitor investigator site activities in adherence to all applicable guidelines, GCPs, SOPs - Verification of CRFs/eCRFs in consistency with source documents - etc.

- Improvement and implementation of product marketing concept in Ukraine - establish strategy for launches of 2 new products - managing full marketing mix for new launches and old products - create and conduct product trainings for sales team and new employees, support sales team with medical knowledge - organization of information flow between head office and suppliers of marketing services - coordination of sales promotion activities - managing marketing campaigns of OTC and Rx products - etc.
