Additionally, global marketing responsibility for the Automotive industry as well as global marketing responsibility for all Quality, Environment and Safety related topics.

Besides being a full-time MBA student, supporting the regional product management for isocyanate products in Asia Pacific. Main tasks have been around business models, investment plans, tax optimizations, warehousing concepts and regional product streams. Lead of a business model project, resulting in significant savings.

Operationally, managing TDI products in Europe. Strategically, supporting global isocyanate projects.

Trainee program, combining 3 degrees and international exposure to various functions within the global Bayer group. Main assignments in Germany, China, Switzerland and Russia.
