• Support in designing test scenarios, creating test plans, implementing, automating and executing test cases for all projects. • Documenting manual as well as automated tests. • Support in administrating the test environment. • Develop, improve, and maintain the internal testing process and structure from the beginning. • Identify and propose areas of improvement throughout the software development/QA process.

• Ensure that the clients IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and to restore services to clients by managing incidents to resolution. • Ensure that efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents and requests is met. • Assist in analyzing and escalating the support calls. • Update incidents with progress and resolution details. • Resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner

Track Athlete Workload (Internship in SSTM) : Assisted in developing a soccer player enhancement project which helps in defining the capabilities of the players and also to assist in determining their right position that they should be in.
