Leading and managing all sales operations of P&G Fabric and Home Care categories via controlling over €10MEUR turnover and €3MEUR sales budget annually between P&G and Carrefour Turkey with full P&L responsibility. The role includes three major responsibilities: Maximize the net organic sales and operating profit compared to the previous fiscal year, enhance all kinds of store fundamentals, and digitalize the trade regarding store operations and data exchange process.

• Leading and managing all sales operations for all P&G categories via controlling over €5MEUR turnover €1MEUR sales budget annually between P&G and top local chain customers (hereafter TLC). The role includes two major responsibilities: i) Maximize the net organic sales by increasing in-customer P&G value share ii) Maximize the P&G brands' penetration among TLC customers as preparing tailor-made concept sells for four customers within 11 cities

Supporting business development team especially for south-eastern part of Europe and Turkey operations • Gathering intelligence about competitors in specific regions as taking their performance parameters into consideration • Preparing a competitor analysis by focusing country’s economic indicators and their logistic industry conditions • Analyzing complex series of data to express in presentations in a clear way both for customers and for upper management

• Measuring performance, productivity and efficiency indicators of dealers’ employees in after sale services and following up weekly • Updating, measuring and analyzing customer loyalty and CSI data of after sales services of Mercedes Benz Turk dealers • Conducting market research especially for accessories and spare parts
