With over eight years of experience in the field of European-level policy and political risk analysis, I am currently the Director for Policy and Programming at Globsec, where I oversee research and advocacy projects on topics such as security, technology, and green transition. My core competencies include international relations, geopolitical risks, communication, and project management. I have a strong academic background, having obtained my MA degree in Non-Proliferation and International Security from King's College London and my MSc in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics. I am passionate about advancing the European integration and cooperation, as well as promoting a sustainable and resilient future for the continent and the world.

As the Deputy and most recently as the Director, I have been supervising the work of a 15+ team consisting of fellows and coordinators, with a specific focus on fundraising, successful delivery and ensuring high quality of outputs. Moreover, my duties include department management and ensure to meet the department’s financial KPIs, fundraising, stakeholder relationship management, and based on high-level stakeholder consultations and regular monitoring of current issues, to design strategic projects.
