i'm working with the FP&A team on the closing and the budget, directing different sales and cost analyses, preparing the reforcasts and analyzing the performance of the restaurants I'm also contributing to the company strategy by creating business plans and financials models for the long term projects of the company. I'm eventually participating in the implementation of the IT Migrations and the new databases system.

- Managing the teacher’s recruitment and appointment to our different schools and centers. - Preparing and implementing policies to improve the marketing strategy and seduce more costumers. - Controlling financial transactions and sending invoices to the company partners. - Working with the finance team on the payroll process & daily financial operations. - Organizing the staffing in the company to improve efficiency and reduce turnover.

- Updating company databases and its CRM. - Sending the satisfaction surveys to customers and receiving their feedback. - Implementing a Call Tracking system to measure the advertising performance of the company and make decisions.
