Calender management Generating docket reports, performing IP docketing, Tracking deadlines Managing International patent filing requests and approved applications and other documents for various countries

Coordinating teachers and students - Handling problems regarding sick leaves, technical issues or any other kind of operational issues - Administrative Operation - Event Management (consists of 500 people) - Virtual Training

- Informing guests about the rooms and availability. - Trying to upsell rooms& achieve sale targets and reach the top income. - Complaint handling - Selling transfer service - Customizing bookings, noting guest preferences or special requests as well as updating their profiles. - Following up the Tourism agency payments. - Checking credit card fraud issues (or fake booking issues)

- Handling all kinds of phone calls by guests or hotel crew - Transferring the lines to the related department - Handling phone call issues regarding extension or analog lines - Complaint handling
