Pablo Jimenez

At Versuni (formerly Philips DA), I designed and developed an innovative e-mop accessory with novel cleaning technology. My role included product development, user research, and iterative prototyping to enhance performance and usability. I created multiple prototype iterations and used Siemens NX, Keyshot, and FDM/SLS 3D printing. This project combined mechanical design, innovation, and hands-on prototyping to improve home cleaning appliances.

In my role at the DesignLab, I manage the makerspace, assist students and staff, and engage in multidisciplinary projects. My responsibilities include operational support, creative media production, and facilitating design and prototype development.

At La Princesa University Hospital, I processed and 3D-printed patient-specific heart and artery scans for diagnosis and surgical planning. I experimented with materials to replicate organ textures for medical simulations. Used 3D printers and CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks) to create realistic anatomical models, bridging engineering and healthcare innovation.
