Leading a 20 persons team: --Leading, supervising and motivating the IT and Operations teams. --Definition of procedures and workflows for daily tasks. --Project Management for new products and services, as well as regulatory requirements implementation (International Markets access, MiFID adaptation, CFD's, trading platforms). Negotiation with providers. --Study and follow up of margin per client/channel/product. Decision on pricing strategies and other actions towards comm. income maximization.

--Brand positioning. --Negotiation of partnerships and campaigns with on and off-line media. --Internal and external communication: Press releases, internal newsletter, etc. --Increase and stabilization of Net Banking Income: --Customer Acquisition and retention, mainly by means of new products and services development. --Project Management for new products and services launch: transactional tools, new products and services.

--Analysis, implementation and roll out of new products and services for customers: transactional tools, derivatives trading and settlement system, customer database segmentations, etc. --Control of global projects’ portfolio (project schedule, milestones, delays). --Products and services pricing follow up. --Definition of pricing policies for new products and services: trading fees, trading tool prices, etc. --Analysis and enhancement of internal processes and workflows.

§ Incorporation of the Brazilian branch. Legal procedures, contracts negotiation (rent, equipment, staff). § Set up an information network in order to cover at least 95% of Brazilian territory (main cities and states) in less than 6 months. § Budget control (expenses, salaries, office rent, equipment...), contracts negotiation , financial reporting and forecasts. § Hire and manage a 12 persons team (journalists, webmaster).

§ Trading international stocks, index certificates and warrants issued over diverse underlying products, in the primary and secondary markets for Spanish and French customers. § Preparing and giving training on investment products, brokerage service, account opening...to Private Bankers and Retail Sales Force teams. § Commercial and technical product presentation to Private Bank customers.

§ Stocks coordination, import-export forecasts and organisation of balancing moves, transport chain coordination, key account contact and reporting for Hewlett Packard.
