- Responsible for end to end delivery of the small, medium, and large projects of moderate to high criticality - Implement and manage multiple projects at the same time - Ensuring that the projects & services are delivered within timelines, budget & agreed SLA - Building/upgrading the Product (Mobile apps, web applications, other tools and systems) - Hands on working with the team members in making & reviewing code - Collaborate with functional managers for smooth completion of projects

- Oversight of projects through the entire lifecycle from initiation to implementation - Review/ define and advise on technology architecture. - Support the engagement lead in execution of projects through reviews, communication and mentoring on project management, in case you are managing multiple projects - Ensure focus on customer experience at all touchpoints - Ensure adoption of appropriate project delivery processes

- Develop detailed understanding of Herald Logic products - Part of the Product Implementation team and bridge the gap between the client's teams and the Product team - Translating stated and unstated complex business requirements to simple user-focused solutions - Document the new modules' request & change requests from the clients & map them with the existing product implementation - Coordinating with the Development Team & manage timely client deliveries

- Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/ processes through meetings and discussions. - Gathering, analysing and documenting solution requirements using business process models, use cases and providing both functional and technical expertise - Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements.

a) Interact with the Customers/Sales Team to gather requirements b) Propose solution to the customers and sales team c) Take care of Project Budget d) Mediate between Sales and Project Team e) Documentation: All Client level documentation till project kick off

- Gathering and writing functional and business requirements for various clients. - Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution. - Deliver the following artifacts as per the business requirements and process flow: i. Functional requirements Specification ii. Business Requirements Document iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs iv. User requirements specification (URS).
