I reported directly to the CEO. I managed three teams (purchasing, logistics, expediting) for a total of 9 employees. Main responsibilities: - Definition of Purchasing, Logistics & Expediting guidelines - Scouting. - Continuous improvement of offices’ efficiency (rules, tools, skills, motivation, etc.). - Orders’ follow-up. - Reduction of warehouse value. - Coordination with the Head of Administrative Office. - Weekly reports to the Managing Board and CEO.

He coordinated a team of 2 employees He purchased all the main supplies like but not limited to: Electrical & Automation plant; Electrical Substation; Water Treatment Plant; Walking beam furnace. Main responsibilities: → Definition of Purchasing guidelines in synergy with the CEO. → Scouting. → Continuous improvement of offices’ efficiency (rules, tools, skills, motivation, etc.). → Orders’ follow-up. → Claim management.

He has been «Senior Buyer» form April '07 to April '09, in the year '08 he bought 25Mio EUR of plants and machines. The most complicated purchased has been a collapse testing machine for steel pipe, value over 1Mio dollars. Before, he has been a «Costing Manager» for two years, he found alternative suppliers and technologies with low cost. In the first 8 years, he has been «Senior Proposal» of the turnkey plants and he has worked in a lot of won projects, one of that had value over 1 billion dollars.
