• Direct support of the strategic management team in the field of Human Resources and Human Resources Development. • Regular reporting (together with the quality check of the data) connected to the HR KPIs, audits of HR processes, head counts, executives´ gradings and strategic initiatives. • Communication with app. 70 local HR managers from all around the world. • Ad hoc tasks and projects connected to the HRD Cycle.

• Support of HR Manager in: legislation and contracts preparation, recruitment, employee adaptation, development and trainings organization, payroll support (on monthly basis and also ad hoc tasks connected to salary rounds and commissions). • Daily communication and consultancy for the store managers in adidas Czech Republic. • I was responsible for preparation and delivery of two main projects: o company´s new and complex on-boarding package o employer branding research, strategy and implementation

• Business development and account management in the employer branding product field. • Intensive communication with some of the biggest Czech companies such as J&T, KPMG, EY, GE Money Bank, Lidl, MARS etc. • Directly leading sales team of 5 people (as a team leader I was responsible not only for results but also for goal setting, motivation, training & development and evaluation of the team members). • Being part of the organization´s leadership team – 8 members
