He drives business development activities as thought leader for employee engagement strategies. Patrick holds a master's degree in International Management from the University of Bologna as well as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Cooperative education program - phases of theoretical coursework in Business Information Technology Management alternate with periods of on-the-job-training at IBM of equal duration covering mainly Strategy & Transformation Management Consulting, Organizational Transformations, Change Management, Sales Optimization Initiatives, Process Optimization, Market Intelligence Analysis, and Marketing Assistance.
