• Responsible for the successful launch of a steady-state service delivery organization which supported a large German client running 35,000+ Windows, VMware, and Linux servers globally in a mission-critical environment. • Accountable for the strategic establishment and leadership of specialized teams, aggregating a workforce of over 160 professionals across India, Europe, and China.

• Directed a leveraged services delivery framework supporting an international portfolio of 10 mid-to-large enterprise customers with over 2,000 Intel servers. • Supervised international teams of more than 20 professionals, ensuring consistent maintenance and the provision of specialized engineering solutions, delivering bespoke IT infrastructure services across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
