Had to manage contingency plans within corporate and financial restructuring of portfolio company.

Euromobiliare was one of the oldest Italian investment banks founded by prominent corporate advisors and business community. Acquired by Credem Group (Maramotti Family) continued in its core activities: equity brokerage (SIM) and corporate finance for mid market (ECF). I have had the honour to be one of the Directors. In 2005, the corporate finance arm has been dismantled.

Corporate finance advisory and banking aimed at supporting corporate clients growth. Financial arrangements included: LBO senior debt, bridge finance, mezzanine, straight loan. I interacted with different banking units and/or jointly cooperated in synergic financial operations.

Banca Profilo started as investment bank boutique with three areas: capital markets, private banking, corporate finance. Professor Cenciarini and I started the corporate finance unit up focusing on funds raising (both equity and debt), M&A, IPO/Capital Markets advisory. Three leverage arrangements and 2 M&A deals have been successfully executed so as advisory support granted to Bank's core units and various private clients (often entrepreneurs).
