Paul Gauci

I work within the Stakeholder Engagement Team of the Welsh Government’s Innovation department. Our main objectives are to raise the profile of Wales as an innovative region and to promote the innovation support available to Welsh businesses through Welsh Government, the Technology Strategy Board and the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills.

In this role I negotiated pricing for hair strand testing in child protection cases with solicitors, barristers and social workers . I developed a strong working relationship with a key client and successfully grew client spend and conversion rate. In order maintain client satisfaction I liaised with analysts and reporting scientists to ensure results were delivered to agreed deadlines.
