As CIO, I own IT, Ops, BI, Dev and Integrations. As well as the Digital, Data, AI and Technology Strategies, allowing me to deliver on IWP's digital transformation ambitions, fully incorporating our data governance and our Responsible AI frameworks; allowing IWP to prioritise customer experience, personalised hybrid advice, people, data and sustainable technologies, all while delivering business growth and operational efficiencies. An active Executive Committee (ExCo) member and reporting to the UK board.

On Fixed Term Contract with Interactive Investor, (including working fully remotely during the Covid-19 Pandemic 2020-2021), to work on several new and ongoing initiatives/projects, part of Solution Delivery providing lead consultancy, technical analysis, and data analysis services, leading the Customer journey improvements delivered via online and digital tools and applications, including Digital Transformation of the core legacy systems and jointly led several projects.

Worked on contract with WDX to provide Process Analysis, Project Management, Project Budget/Planning, Delivery Process Improvements, Development Management and Agile Squad based Working Practices. Leading the overall strategy for moving from a Service based company into a Product based company reporting directly to EMEA Board and Directors.

Providing Business and Technical Analysis, Solution Design, SME Lead Consultancy and Product Owner on DFM and Wealth Management for the forthcoming Focus:Wealth product; being part of the project delivery team for the overall concept, solution design, business analysis, technical analysis, data analysis, migration, 3rd party integration, delivery lead and testing of the new DFM product (working alongside the existing suite of Focus360° Advised, Tools and Cash Flow Modeller products).

Responsible for the successful management of the Software Development Team based in the Halesowen Development Centre; with management, leadership and guidance. Manage and oversee the roadmap, planning, design, development, test, implementation and ongoing support of the Tercero Software Product and forthcoming Tercero Platform. Tercero had an established reputation as being the only true 'Wealth CRM' and was leading the market in terms of adoption and investment into new mobile and web technologies.
