 Built and led a team of 18 members responsible for product development in many areas in revenue management like billing, customer care, charging, payments, collection, service fulfillment.  Successfully led the development of innovative & dynamic product portfolio for Etisalat service offerings which allowed Etisalat to have product leadership and the upper hand in Egypt.  Achieved the lowest customer’s churn rate in the market, the highest EBITDA, and the best customer experience.

 Requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design in the area of Customer Care, Billing, and payments.  Set-up and Implementation of new products & services on the billing system.  Minimized the time for bill generation to be 70% less.  Minimized the customer complains of bill accuracy to be 90% less.  Built creative solutions that helped Wataniya to have a big market share in the Algerian telecom market.

 Requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design in the area of Customer Care, Billing, and payments.  Set-up and Implementation of new products & services on the billing system.  Built creative solutions for Vodafone products and services that positioned Vodafone as the market leader in the Egyptian telecom industry.  Built a strong repetition for Vodafone bill accuracy.
