Including using VOIP to reduce inter-company communication costs. Standardised hardware, software and support to reduce operating costs. Introduced processes to support ICT management, including IMAC.

Set-up business unit including creating processes to support a multi-company consultancy team to pursue consultancy opportunities for Atlas Consortium. These solutions would integrate the Equipment Platform programmes with the new £4.5billion DII infrastructure that Atlas were implementing. Responsibilities including opportunity pipeline management and reporting, and sales governance. Required sales and service knowledge, programme and project management skills.
