Provided consultancy for startups (mobile freon testing solution, water repellent electrical coating, luxurious mechanical watches). Responsible for business plans, fundraising, HR, corporate governance, marketing, incubator applications, and business development. Consultancy for TIC market; SME’s, government, expert groups. Lead multiple projects, where , product certification, and testing questions are involved with a focus on agribusiness, food, sustainability, environment, and social compliance.

Managed all business units in the Far East countries, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and protocols. Built business performance and market share penetration into regional markets focused on industrial and renewable energy-related services, establishing new services into product portfolios of subsidiaries. Replaced and recruited, led, and motivated staff, creating an environment that encouraged achievement of overall growth targets and respective financial figures.

Spearheaded operational delivery improvement in Asia based on regulatory changes and client demand in Europe through better management of the European technical team of 70 with eight direct reports. Responsible for a budget of €9m for the European-Asian technical services support. Headed various new service delivery concepts for Supply Chain Improvement and Knowledge Management.

Assisted in the development of the global New Product Development team and strategy, establishing policies and procedures for food-related services for retail, brands, and supply chain. Performed first pilots with Wall-Mart and Dollar General (food) in Asia. Developed new service concepts and deliveries based on market anticipation, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

Appointed for newly created product development and innovation role at Asian headquarters. Developed precursor of data mining, creating a weighted-average, section-driven checklist providing relevant and focused feedback to clients on metrics and improvements. Initiated efficiency with mobile reporting as a utilization rate improving the tool. Responsible as Key Account Manager for various European and American retailers and brands.

Led implementation of reinvigorated sales culture to SGS Netherlands (Consumer Products, AgroControl) and SGS S&SC (Benelux, Certification) business units following departure of poorly performing manager.

Defined and implemented new back-office-system (BOSS) for global group of 20 countries delivering 80% of revenue.

Built specialized agricultural process and systems audit department, winning large horticultural and floricultural projects throughout The Netherlands. Managed Consumer products service delivery for electrical, food, softline, hardlines and toy products.
