As a Vinted leader, I manage design teams across Berlin, Amsterdam, Vilnius, focusing on Matching and Monetization. Harnessing machine learning, user research, and design expertise, we deliver efficient, personalized search and discovery services. We excel in optimizing paid services. I steer short and long-term product strategies, navigating change and restructuring. I shape organizational structures within our domains, encouraging growth in distributed design teams via continuous upskilling opportunities.

I manage and lead Product Design teams embedded in various B2B and B2C products. As a manager, I am responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, planning design resources with stakeholders, and supporting senior designers. As a lead, I am in charge of developing user-centric processes for our products. That includes embedding qualitative and quantitative research activities, adapting 
the research culture into remote conditions, and developing and executing product design strategy.

I lead the UX development of editorial tooling called Curate, which empowers newsrooms with machine learning algorithms that distribute news to targeted readers. My main role is defining and executing the UX strategy, creating personas with mapped needs and problems, conducting research activities, leading UX team and validating design concepts with Schibsted newsrooms.

I run and manage my own freelance graphic design studio. Key clients are predominantly cultural institutions and government organizations, including The Dramatic Theatre of the Capital City of Warsaw, Institute of Industrial Design, Ethnographic Museum of Kraków, The Body/Mind Foundation, Filmweb. I have also worked on number of projects for commercial clients including Empik, Poland’s largest culture and design store, as well as supporting small companies in the development of their brand identity.

Currently I work as an Art Director and UX designer in Valmano GmbH - one of the biggest e-commerce ventures in ProSiebenSat.1 Media Group. My key responsibilities include: - building brand identity (both digital and print) - user experience development - team leading and team building - managing TV advertising production inside Pro7Sat.1 Media - improving mobile experience - prototyping new UI solutions - creating personas - analysing user flows - organising and art directing photo shoots

Art direction for 360˚Advertising and Brand Agency with national and international corporate clients. Responsibilities included: Package design for FMCG market; designing POS materials; co-working with creative team in creating ATL and BTL campaigns.

Art direction for small 360˚advertising and brand agency with national and international corporate clients. Responsibilities included: teamwork on designing materials for ATL and BTL projects for finance sector, pharmacological and FMCG clients.

In-House designer for commercial construction company. Responsibilities included: designing promotional materials from initial conception through to final design, preparing design solutions for web marketing purposes.
